PRIVATE VILLA TO RENT FOR SHORT STAY WITH OR WITHOUT FESTIVE EVENTS 24-72H
Are you looking for an unusual & friendly place not far from Brussels, near Wavre to organise a weekend, New Year's Eve, a birthday, a stag party, or any other festive event with accommodation on site at a competitive price with or without catering ... and with all the amenities
The basic rate is 450 euro / night or 800 euro for 2 nights or 1150 euro for 3 nights with a maximum of 4 people STAYING IN THE VILLA
From the 5 persons onwards each additional person UP TO 13 PERS pays a price of 50 euro/night/pers and 25 euro for children 6 - 12 year old. Free of charge for childen from 3 to 6 year old
The rental starts around 5PM until noon the next day or more if 2-3 days
Rental hours : from 17h00 to the next day or next foolowing days (2 days rental)
These prices include the following services:
Exclusive use of the whole villa except for 2 rooms which remain private
i.e. fully equipped kitchen, living room 50m² + rear outdoor terrace 45m² under illuminated tent, entrance hall, toilet & consumables, garden & park, 2 parking spaces for organisers in the garage alley, electricity and water costs within reasonable limits
Furniture (chairs + tables + table protectors for diners & buffets)
Basic sound and lighting equipment
Minimalist decoration material
Provision of a park / huge Garden
2 double rooms or 1 room for 4 people
Other rooms according to the number of people staying
NOT included in the prices/packages:
* Villa + room cleaning between min 75 and 100 euro depending on number of guests
* Cleaning of dishes & glasses, tablecloths and towels If not done by the renter (provision of a dishwasher) between min 25 and 40 euro
* Obligatory RC insurance for the organisation: 25 euro for 10 hours
* Other services : Dj, catering service, parking boy, cloakroom attendant, ...
* Specific kitchen equipment such as dish-warmers, large capacity oven
* Any voluntary or involuntary damage caused in the villa & installations (buildings, furniture, equipment) by the hirers or their guests as provided at the start.
If you wish to organize a party during your stay with more than 15 pers NOT STAYING or sleeping in the villa during the night
It’s 150 euro more from 15 up to max 25 guests
It’s 250 euro more from 25 up to max 50 guests
It’s 400 euro more from 50 up to max 80 guests
End party : 3 AM at the very latest
Room capacities : After drink or party up to 80 people standing max with tent on terrace!
Room capacity for dinner or bbq: 50 people in living room + 35 people in tent
Equipment on site : tables + chairs, sofa, garden furniture, ...
Deposit between min 850 and 1250 euro depending on the duration of the rental and the number of people to be deposited the same day and to be recovered after the stay no damage or villa left in normal dirty condition!
The villa can accommodate up to Max 13pers
Very large room with double bed + single bed with private shower room x 3pers but no guest room configuration as this room is also used to store linen...
