We propose a villa > 220m² fully equipped with large park, open fire,
covered outdoor terrace with an heated, illuminated & decorated Tent as a lounge area
Basic rate
450 euro for 8 hours rental + 2h setup or preparation (basic rate with furniture & chairs, table protectors) up to max 30 guests
Standard Rates :
From 500 euro for 10 hours rental + 2h setup or preparation up to 850 euro for more than 14 hours rental + 2h setup or preparation (rate with furniture & chairs, under table up to max 30 -100 guests)
These prices include the following services :
Fully equipped kitchen, living room 50m² + covered terrace under tent 35m², entrance hall, toilet & consumables, front garden, 4 parking places for organizers in garage lane, electricity costs, water consumption within reasonable limits
Horeca material & furniture (chairs + tables for diners & buffets)
Minimalist decoration material
Provision of BBQ on stand
Basic sound equipment + lighting for background music or dance party
Provision of a park / huge Garden
NOT included in the prices/packages:
* Villa cleaning between min 75 and 100 euro depending on the number of guests in the package and the type of event
* Cleaning of dishes & glasses, tablecloths and napkins if necessary between min 25 and 45 euro
* Obligatory insurance for the organisation (25 euro for 10 hours)
* Other services : Dj, catering service, parking boy, cloakroom attendant, ...
* Specific kitchen equipment such as dish-warmers, large capacity oven
* Any voluntary or involuntary damage caused in the villa & installations (buildings, furniture, equipment) by the event organisers or their guests as provided at the start.
In practice :
Room capacities: After drink or party up to 80-120 people standing max with tent on terrace!
Room capacity for dinner or bbq: 50 people in living room + 40 people in tent
Equipment on site : tables + chairs, sofa, garden furniture, ...
Rental hours between 09:00 and 3:00 am
Price per additional hour : 25 euro/hour from midnight up to 3:00 am
Nb : The hour started is to be paid
Deposit between min 850 - 1250 euro depending on the type of event to be deposited on the day and to be collected after the event if no damage or villa left in normal dirty condition!
Accommodation on site Possibility to accommodate up to 11-14 people max (quote on request)
